Orkney Spirits Limited cannot accept responsibility for incorrectly inputted details (eg. addresses). If information is found to be noticeably incorrect (eg. missing a post code) we will do our best to contact you, however often it is beyond our control and parcels may be posted with the incorrectly inputted information. In this event, it may take up to two weeks before the parcel is returned - by which you will either be offered a refund, or to pay postage in full to resend.
