Please note: Royal Mail and Parcelforce are experiencing delays (some major delays). Our family are working incredibly hard to get your parcels dispatched sooner than normal because of this - the next day where possible.

I've placed an order, where is it?

If you have waited longer than normal for your parcel, please be patient as the delivery companies are struggling to keep up with the amount of post. If you have any concerns, please use the form at the bottom of this page and we will get back to you with as much information as we can.

I've not been given a tracking number for my order

Rest assured, your order has more than likely been dispatched almost immediately. We do not issue tracking numbers unless directly requested. This is to avoid confusion as Royal Mail Second Class Signed For is not a tracked service. Although we are given numbers, these only show that it is 'with the post office' or 'delivered' - which generally isn't that helpful to you as a customer. If you have any concerns about your order please fill in the form at the bottom of this page.

I'd like to place an order for Christmas. Will it be there on time?

Due to the nature of delays we cannot guarantee delivery date ranges for any parcels at the moment. As of Wednesday 16th December, we would not be sure if orders placed on that day onwards will arrive before Christmas.

I'd like to place an order but it doesn't need to be delivered for Christmas, is that okay?

Absolutely, and it's worth noting in your diary that our online shop will remain open between Christmas and New Year for any orders and please don't be afraid to email or phone with any enquiries. We will be closed on the 31st and 1st and open again as normal on the 2nd of January after a few days off over New Year.

  

On another note, so far this year you have all kept our family business busy and cheery and we thank you all so much for that. We couldn't have done it without all your support and love. We hope you all have a great Christmas and a Happy New Year!
