Sule Skerry Gin features a distinctive blend of botanicals, including juniper, orange zest, cardamom, nutmeg, and cinnamon. The result is a smooth, citrus-led profile with warming notes reminiscent of craft cola. On the palate, bright citrus layers mingle with gentle spice, finishing with a soft, caramelised note. It’s a balanced and contemporary gin that invites sipping neat or mixing creatively. Though when you imagine cola, you think of a sweet drink, this gin is still made to a juniper forward gin profile, so does not have a sweet finish.

Sule Skerry Gin’s bespoke bottle is a tribute to Orkney’s heritage, designed in-house by founder Gary and his daughter Erin. Inspired by traditional vessels once found along local shores. The clear prism glass is debossed with the Orkney Spirits Limited name and finished with a striking glass stopper, crowned by a golden selkie coin. The real storytelling begins with the label—rich in detail, it captures Orkney’s iconic sunrises, sunsets, and the remote Sule Skerry Lighthouse. A majestic solan (gannet) soars across the scene, symbolising grace, strength, and the harmony of wind and sea. Look closer to find the hidden selkie, a mystical nod to local folklore and the company’s logo, inviting you into a world of enchantment with every pour.
