This product can only be shipped within the UK and Channel Islands. For orders over 6 bottles please contact us directly.

Standard Shipping takes around 3-6 days to UK Addresses, Speedy takes 2-5 days. We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce 48 hour, and 24 hour when choosing 'speedy', but as we are on the Orkney Islands, we normally estimate an extra 2 days on top of what is quoted. Please understand this delivery time is an estimate, and it is not a gurantee. It may take longer in busy periods such as Christmas. *Factors which may affect delivery times are: delays caused by weather, Royal Mail/Parcelforce delays outwith our control and shortage of stock/packaging (we will contact you if this happens).*

Your product will arrive carefully packaged in a cardboard box with fragile tape. Legally we must provide a sender address on parcels, so we name ourselves as OGC in this area to be more discreet in case its a gift.
Orkney Spirits Limited cannot accept responsibility for incorrect items ordered and incorrect information (eg addresses). Our gift to our fantastic customers is free postage, and we hope to keep this going as long as it is viable. Each time we post out it costs us between £4-7 so we will ask for the cost to be covered if it is required to be sent a second time.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (eg. email). Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. This many take up to 5 working days after receipt of the parcel. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7 working days depending on your card issuer's policies. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless damaged or faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
