As our business has grown, we have outgrown our kitchen table for the gin making process, and have taken the big decision to build a new distillery. As a family business we decided that the best (and closest!) place to build the distillery would be in our garden. We have great views across Water Sound to South Ronaldsay which inspire us and definitely help us with developing new products! At the moment we are unable to accept visitors at the distillery, we hope to change this in the future. Watch this space!
